Who I Am

My name is Sam Oke and I am no stranger to the world of recruitment. For years now I have been helping people just like you get the job of their dreams.

With a recruiting background, I know the job scene inside-out. As the Founder of Career Growth, I have constantly sourced and provided job opportunities which are less seen by other candidates.

I’ve also helped clients create complete, professional resumes and trained them in a variety of interview techniques which have been incredibly successful in terms of interview success and resulting offers of employment. My experience to date has given me an understanding of recruiting business from the grassroots level as I take the time to truly understand the candidate and the company.

This two tier strategy has helped my clients land interviews and jobs that they would not have been able to get very quickly.

Now I am taking all of the skills and expertise and have launched a service to help people land their dream jobs. Using our service, which is based on hundreds of client’s success stories, you will give yourself the best chance to be found be recruiting and hiring managers.
